Come see our Flower Wall Tradition – Composed of varied natural flowers and plants that reminds us of our dear island of Madeira.
Feel free to bring some flowers and Plants to contribute to our Flower Wall.
A pleasant surprise will greet all the mothers.  Symbolizing the Power of Motherly Love.

Casa da Madeira awarded Gold Category Metal of Merit

The Madeiran Department of Culture, Tourism and Transport

The Madeiran Department of Culture, Tourism and Transport has honoured us (Casa da Madeira em Toronto) last year, by awarding the Gold Category Metal of Merit for our contribution to promote Madeira.

“Casa Madeira in Toronto, with a tremendous track record in Canada, having recently celebrated 50 years of existence.”

The Tourist Merit Medal aims to distinguish entities and personalities, with their entrepreneurship, professionalism and personal commitment, have greatly contributed to the recovery and development of the sector as well as the image of the Madeira Islands.

This award was awarded to our President Herculano Gonçalves on the World Tourism Day, celebrated in Funchal on 27 September of 2014.
